Our client is looking for a End User Experience Manager - Microsoft to reinforce his team.

Mission / Role

- Responsible for the liaison between the end consumers of IT and the IT teams to deliver the right solution
- Provide technical leadership to the End User Experience team and liaison back into the business
- Build relationships with internal teams
- Have a role of architect on Microsoft tools
- Define the technology overmap and solutions for all 2nd and 3rd level support

Technical skills

  • Expert understanding of Active Directory, GPO's and client O/S management
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Knowledge of Exchange online including migration of on premise services
  • A working knowledge of SharePoint online, One Drive & Azure AD
  • An understanding of access management including MFA
  • Executive and VIP support needs
  • Knowledge of MDM and client management technical solutions
  • 5 years experience managing a technical team for both solutions and support
