We are looking for a DevOps engineer with experience in E2E network WLAN solutions to join our client's agile team. You will be responsible for the life cycle management, ensuring timely implementation of new customer experiences, technical clarifications, feasibility, and providing high quality 2nd level support and assistance with troubleshooting.
Location: Lausanne, Lucerne, Zurich
Remote: In Switzerland only
Contract: 12+ months, open to permanent
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities
- Life cycle management
- Timely implementation of new customer experiences
- Technical clarifications and feasibility
- Ensuring 2nd level support and assistance with troubleshooting as well as being on call
Skills
- 2-3 years of practical knowledge of Cisco products
- Cisco - at CCNA Service Provider level or similar is an advantage or 2-3 years of practical experience.
- Knowledge of Huawei OR Juniper OR Aruba is also an option.
- Ready for 2nd level on-call duty and flexible working hours if required
- Good German, at least B2 mandatory, as well as good English
- Teamwork, flexible in dealing with customers and partners
- Exact, reliable, and independent work
