Do you have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data management, working in the procurement or quality of health products ? Do you have an understanding of Quality Assurance / Quality Control concepts, specifically relating to health products ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Quality Assurance Compliance and Verification Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

You will contribute to promoting the effective use of the Client's resources by ensuring that health products, procured with Client funding are of assured quality and of adequate standard.

Role Responsibilities:

• You will monitor the Price Quality Reporting (PQR) and other relevant IT systems to ensure procurement transactions are compliant with the Client's Quality Assurance (QA) requirements for all product categories.
• You will develop reports on compliance and support the QA team for follow-up.
• You will maintain, update and ensure accuracy of the QA attributes of the Client's PQR database, including for health products newly-eligible for procurement.
• You will manage the internal documentation and support the continuous improvement of the QA team's processes.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in the procurement or quality of health products
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data management
• Understanding of Quality Assurance / Quality Control concepts
• Understanding of regulatory environment of health products
• Knowledge of international health product procurement and supply chain best practices
• Fluent English and French is required.
