CRM Product Manager (FR/GER)

For a large company active in the financial sector, we are currently looking for a Product Manager CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).


  • Work closely with top management to define a cross-functional, robust, and ambitious CRM vision.
  • Support the business in identifying the issues to be resolved
  • Prioritize the needs by the added value provided
  • Communicate regularly on the product and its developments in an appropriate manner
  • Through experimentation, prototyping and testing, ensure that new features and capabilities are easy to use and effectively solve business problems
  • Work with Change Management to define an approach to support users and adoption of the solution
  • Evaluate current processes and opportunities for CRM improvement
  • Work closely with the CRM IT team to define, design, agree, adapt, and deploy functionality
  • Identify, analyze, and assess risks

  • More than 5 years' experience in CRM product management, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Certified experience in Agile methodology (SAFe, Scrum Product Owner)


  • Fluent in French and German
