Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Corporate Actions with German & English.

Location: Olter/Zurich

Start date: 01.12.2022
Duration of contract: 12 months - possibility for extension
Workload: 80-100%

Main responsibilities

• Timely and independent notification of upcoming corporate actions
• Cooperation with other departments (interfaces)
• Answering customer inquiries (phone, email etc.) / Expert talks to Expert
• Reconciliation and comparison of different information sources (e.g. prospectuses, Bloomberg, DTCC, Sub Custodian, Agents, Internet, etc.)

Your skills:

• 4+ years of experience in the banking environment.
• Very good coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience with Value Chain Operations and Corporate Risk Management.
• Good command of English and German, both spoken and written.
