Business Analyst Supply Chain (SAP SD)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Supply chain for our customer based in Geneva. You'll deliver IT capabilities aligned with the Supply chain business requirements in cross functional teams, that will drive operational efficiency and deliver benefits to the conpmany value chain.

You will work with SAP AD environment and other systems (WMS, IBM, Sterling, NuOrder...).

Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Swiss nationals, EU citizens as well as current work-permit holders for Switzerland.

Mission :

  • Define and formalize business requirements,
  • Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements : Design end-to-end Supply chain, Procurement and Sales processes, identify configuration and necessary developments and any potential impacts on the RL software systems including SAP SD, MM, PP solutions,
  • Lead Supply chain IT projects to meet business requirements,
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with the offshore development teams to deliver the required IT capabilities ensuring timelines, quality and budget are respected
  • Define test scenarios and ensure proper system testing is done before hand-over to UAT.
  • Coordinate UAT and assist Business Users when required,
  • Conduct user training the SAP SD module to ensure they are able to use the system effectively and efficiently,
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as finance, production, and logistics, to ensure that the SAP SD module is integrated with other systems and processes,
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, including automation and standardization of processes,
  • Creating reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain operations, including sales, inventory, and logistics.

Profile and skills:

  • 7 years + of experience in SAP SD, MM, PP, OTC, PTP environment ,
  • Experience in designing, building, and integrating SAP Supply Chain, Logistics and Purchasing processes,
  • Good knowledge of SAP integrational aspects: Interfaces, idoc management with ERP Ecosystem, EDI,
  • Strong knowledge of Supply chain management business processes and best practices,
  • knowledge of different logistics and execution management tools,
  • Good communication and cross-functionnal collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English. French or Italian is a plus
  • Formal SAP training/certification is an advantage
  • Supply Chain certification in APICS, or Lean Six Sigma will be considered as a differentiator
