Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, Transactional Systems to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for implementing the relevant operational activities to ensure the transaction systems and tools run as expected at the defined service level, supporting the Lead Tools and Operations - Transactional Systems to drive continuous improvements in the transactional systems and tools to achieve simplification, greater efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and to generate data for analytics to implement objectives of the Supply Operations Department

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Working experience in a technology delivery environment and/or continuous improvement initiative.
• Working knowledge & understanding of project management principles and application in a complex environment.
• Working experience in procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of a procure to pay system, ideally coupa
• Experience of finance controls and grant management.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
