Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (need analysis - advertisement - sourcing strategy - interviews -offer)
- Process applications and interact with candidates actively
- Manage and update the application pool database
- Conduct personal and video interviews
- Prepare candidates for their interviews
- Ensure adequate reporting of recruiting status
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (University or University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent education in HR field / Psychology
- Hands-on experience in recruitment in a global environment and matrix organization
- Is an avid user of social media (Linkedin, Xing, etc)
- Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills with fluency in German and English
- Positive personality and great people judgement
- A self-starter with a can-do mindset, with attention to detail
- Affinity with IT is a plus
