Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading banking institution in Zürich, we are looking for Customer Advisors to join the inbound team who support and advise Corporate Customers

This is a 7-month contract based in Zurich

Main responsibilities

  • Recognize the needs of Corporate customers as the first contact person on the phone
  • Help Customers to process their banking transactions
  • Offer competent advice on various banking issues
  • Accurately identifying customer needs and finding suitable solutions

Your skills:

  • Experience in banking, corporate banking, sales or customer service
  • Passion for sales and the talent to inspire and convince people
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interest in customer contact
  • Ability to explain complex issues orally
  • Fluent German and either English and / or French
  • Gained a Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
