On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an Application Manager Planon - permanent position - based in the heart of Zurich.
Missions:
- Supporting the branch solutions used in the facility management area.
- Technical operational tasks within the Application Life Cycle Management.
- Change and release management.
- Incident and problem requests on the third level support and training of first and second level support.
- Administration of the authorizations in the applications.
- User support in handling the applications.
- Analyze and solve errors and problems in cooperation with the manufacturers
- Support the project managers and consultants in finding and implementing solutions.
- Training concepts and documents for the applications.
- Support the business units in training users throughout Switzerland.
Profile:
- Computer science education with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Planon and / or similar IWMS / CAFM systems
- Experience in mapping the standards for Planon according to guidelines and norms (VDMA, BKP, DIN etc.)
- German Native, English Fluent, and French as an advantage.
