On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we have a 6 month contract that will support a DevOps team with development, Implementation and integration solutions across an IBM MQ infrastructure.
Main responsibilities
- IBM MQ (support of developer and application owner in the back office and market environment, problem determination, monitoring, installation and Upgrades, performance optimization, routing setup with MQ Pub / Sub)
- IBM MQ MFT (Setup File2Message and message2File interfaces, configuration, Performance optimization)
- IBM Integration Bus (flow development, deployment and problem determination)
Your skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in application integration (EAI) or in Message-orientated middleware (MOM) technologies.
- Very good knowledge of IBM MQ/ MQSeries/ Websphere MQ and IBM IIB
- Programming skills - ideally ESQL, Perl, Shell
- Linux knowledge
- Experience gained in the Financial Industry
- Appia FIX Engine
- Aliance Messaging Hub
- Other technologies such as Kubernetes, API & Service Mesh, Docker, Kafka, Oracle Apex, Perforce and CI/CD would be beneficial.
