Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking for a Junior IT Supporter to join one of our clients - a global company in the IT Services and Engineering industry. I am looking for you: Level 1 (Level 2) IT Supporter, with excellent German and English. If you bring along the required skillset, please read on and apply.

You will support our client by:
- Provide IT support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
- Providing a general IT Support to stakeholders, customers and users
- Remote access solution (VPN) implementation and support
- Advise and train staff on computer operations and software applications
- Providing support by additional diagnosis of any tech problems
Your specific background:
- 1-3 years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience
- Bachelor's degree or work experience in Technical Support environments
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Proficiency in use of PC and related software
- Excellent English and German
