IT Supporter Specialist - Mac OS
Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking for an IT Supporter specialist to join one of our clients. I am looking for you: Level 1 & Level 2 IT Supporter, with excellent Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Office.
Location: Zurich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract-to-permanent

You will support our client by:
- Providing Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
- Providing a general IT Support to stakeholders, customers and carrying out the IT onboarding process for new employees
- Supporting internal team and network administration primarily to the Zurich office
- Identifying opportunities for technological productivity improvements and providing recommendations on IT solutions
Your specific background:
- 3 years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience
- Bachelor's degree or work experience in Technical Support environments
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- ITIL certification preferred
- Excellent software knowledge, including: Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Apple products knowledge, required
- Mid-level experience with UNIX/Linux platforms, Cloud computing, and network security
- Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and components
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions, specifically Mosyle, is a plus
- Knowledge of remote desktop management tools
