Workload percentage: 100%
Language: English or German/French and Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full workplace technology support;
- Provide video, audio technology support;
- Maintain all the infrastructure environment, including meeting room, server room, application system, IT platform etc.
- Inspect server room, meeting room regularly;
- Monitor IT platform and network quality System, platform and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repairing;
- Participate in the analysis and deployment of IT platform and system Implementing IT project, including infrastructure environment upgrade, IT platform and system go-live
Your Skills:
- 1-3 years working experience
- Completed IT-technical training or technical university degree
- Experience in the implementation of IT projects
- High level of commitment, initiative and independent work organization
- Ideally, certifications in the network environment, similar to CCNA.
- Fluent Local Language or fluent English, and Mandarin skill is mandatory
