Experis is searching for 3 IT Support Engineers for an IT Consulting company. The project will be from now till end of February - with high possibility for extending the contract. The working location will be in Basel.

Please find below job responsibilities.

Mid-level Support Engineer:

* Acceptance and processing of incident and service request tickets
* User support on the phone, on site and customer walk-in
* IMAC (Installation, Change, Move, Add and Change) of hardware, software,
* Telephony, mobile devices and tablets
* Collection, consolidation and maintenance of IT assets in the ITSM tool
* Support for various IT administrative activities (not exhaustive)
o Account management
o Documentations
o Knowledge Base

Senior Support/System Engineer:

* General support in the area of ??2nd level engineering support
* Direct contact person for questions from the 1st and 2nd level.
* Server management
* General affinity/knowledge of engineering for tackling others
* Deputizing duties
* MS Teams
* MS SharePoint
* SCCM
* Incident and Problem / Operational Activities
* Support support / know-how development + Docs and transfer
