Data Entry / L1 Application Support
Experis IT Switzerland is currently searching for a talented Data Entry / 1st Level Application supporter to join one of their clients, a renowned automotive trader. This contract engagement is based in Zürich, seeking someone who is Fluent in German (spoken and written - C2 Level minimum) and available immediately.
Key responsibilities
Support:
- Master Data input
- 1st level application support
- End of Day and Month processes
- Report generation
- Incident Management (ITSM)
Service Request Applications:
- Manage Access and Roles
- Handle Device Management (Tablets, SIM Cards)
Supplier Management:
- Track incidents
- Monitor minor developments
Technical Project Management:
- Document technical solutions (FW, interfaces, servers, etc.)
Your profile
- Further education or studies in relevant field (KV - Informatik)
- Experienced in Windows and Microsoft office suite
(Nice to Have):
- OpenLease (CiC)
- MOS (navax)
