Introduction

We are currently seeking a Manager Corporate Treasury Services to join the growing team of our client in Zurich. This is a unique opportunity to manage and contribute to complex treasury transformation projects, support innovation in treasury technology, and help shape the future of corporate treasury services in Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Complex Treasury Projects: Support and manage domestic and international treasury transformation and technology implementation projects, including transaction-related initiatives such as carve-outs and integrations.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on treasury governance, strategy, operating models, and operational topics such as cash liquidity, financial risk, and bank relationship management.
• Team Development: Support the growth of the Treasury Services team by mentoring junior colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to recruitment and team-building efforts.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership, support sales and business development initiatives, and innovate service offerings in the digital treasury space.
• Vendor Alliance Management: Strengthen strategic relationships with key treasury technology vendors (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP) to align with client needs and service capabilities.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5-8 years in a treasury function and/or treasury consulting, with a strong focus on technology implementations.
• Technology Expertise: Proven experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba, FIS, or SAP.
• Consulting Mindset: Proactive approach to consulting and business development; a strong network in Switzerland is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships in a dynamic, international setting.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
