Client Engagement Specialist

Experis is currently looking for a new team member to join our Basel office. We are looking for a dynamic professional who has strong ambition to succeed in a customer facing sales environment. What is it you'll have to do?

  • Devise strategies to build positive relationships with new and existing customers that will translate to sales targets.
  • Perform research and analysis to generate leads, identify customer needs, potential sales opportunities and coordinate with team members
  • Daily Face-to-Face visits with new and existing customers
  • Know your customer, including the development of account understanding, understanding the clients' business/industry, competitor solutions they are using and the client's current/future needs
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue within the set of accounts (up-selling/ cross-selling) and work with other members of the sales team to follow through on such opportunities
  • Serve as a client conduit internally for feedback and competitive intelligence to Delivery Consultants and Recruiters

Your specific background:

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer or client facing sales environment with proven success in Customer Engagement or sales
  • Experience in Agency Recruitment is a bonus
  • Experience managing Senior Stakeholders up to C level
  • Able to effectively use multiple platforms to engage with internal and external customers
  • Fluent German & English is mandatory (additional European languages are a bonus)
  • Significant experience in Customer Engagement & Retention.
  • Experience working across teams and positively enhancing outcomes.
  • High level experience with MS Office
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
  • Must be a self-starter and critical thinker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
