Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an Office Manager to join an existing team at a well-known bank. This exciting contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience, who are available to start in a short notice.
Location: Zürich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 9 months contract with further option of contract extension

The role will involve ensuring that all duties and requests are performed and completed in a timely manner and meet and deliver minimum operating standards and our agreed service levels.
The following products are delivered by the department: Mail and Distribution (including mailroom operation, messenger service); Archiving services (archiving, retrieval, destructions); Managed Print services (copy room operation, device rental and maintenance, paper and accessories supply); Marketing and Transactional Print Services; Office Supplies and Stationery; Business Travel; Corporate Card Program; Invoice preparation and scanning; Reception and switchboard services; Tea and dining services; Vending services; Meeting rooms management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in the execution of the global and regional strategy.
- Provide support for various service relating to core functions (Archiving, Mail & Distribution, Managed Print Services, Travel…) and Business Partner Services (Hospitality Services, Invoice Scanning Services etc.) and ensure efficient delivery of services in country.
- Monitor, assess, analyze and/or evaluate processes and data
- Execute procedures and policies, expense management and services acquisition, following site standards.
- Review and process invoices and Purchase Orders for branches managed expenses.
- Support in managing and monitoring multiple 3rd party relationships
- Support in risk management, control design, execution and self-assessment, corrective action plans, risks exceptions and audits etc
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree/ University degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven organization and documentation skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communications
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations and timelines
- Fluent in English and German
