Team Leader (WPF, WFC experience) - German Speaker

On behalf of our client, a well-known consulting firm in Zurich, we are looking for a Team Leader (with experience as a Software Developer/Engineer) for a permanent employment based in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Professional management and responsibility for an agile development team with up to ten software developers and System Engineers
- Management of in-house development projects for customized and complex software solutions of national importance for our customers and the Swiss population
- personal responsibility, hold one-on-one interviews with their employees and hold status and development talks
- Establishment and maintenance of trust relationships with our customers in medium to long-term projects
- On-site assignments for workshops
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in computer science or a comparable education and training
- At least 3 years of experience in technical management and / or responsibility of a development team as well as experience as a project manager
- Good knowledge of requirements engineering and software architecture
- Knowledge in the realization of applications WPF, interfaces with WFC or backend components advantageous
- Experience with web technologies (Angular, HTML5, Javascript, CSS) is an advantage
- Excellent know-how regarding professional software development processes
- Fluent in German and English
- Clean Criminal Record and Right to Work in Switzerland
