Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Finance Professional to join one of their clients, a well-known company. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is available in October 2019.
Project details:
Support day-to-day operations and provide monthly consolidated results for Global Supply Chain from four ERP systems across approx. 110 legal entities.
Position will need to work closely with business- and finance partners. Position will be expected to work independently with limited oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations and monthly consolidations
- Collaborate with business partners and IT to ensure data integrity and facilitate accurate reporting
- Perform monthly close and functional spend analysis
- Budgeting / forecasting
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in BA, Accounting or Finance and 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience influencing Global business partners
- Knowledge of global supply chain and distribution flows and related accounting / reporting
- Knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting under IFRS and US-GAAP (SOX)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals which are non-finance managers
- Knowledge of SOX controls and GAAP accounting principles, especially manufacturing accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle), TM1 (Fit4Plan) and Hyperion Financial Manager (HFM) is a strong plus
