Senior Frontend Developer // E-commerce (German Speaker)

On behalf of our client, a well-known band, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Web Developer 80-100% - permanent position in the heart of Zurich:

In this exciting function, you work closely with our backend developers, the interaction designers, the product owner, the Scrum Master and employees from other departments. With the help of their in-depth knowledge of common web technologies, Javascript Frameworks React and Next.js, they are working on the further development of the client's E-Commerce Stack.

Missions:

• You develop applications for the omnichannel platform using the latest front-end technologies
• They design and implement new user interfaces for the online shop, for customer apps and our in-store solutions every two weeks
• You are committed to the continuous improvement of our development process through regular code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration and documentation
• You continuously optimize the frontends through measures such as user tracking and web analysis

Requirements:

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in IT or similar.
• First professional experience in e-commerce
• Sound programming knowledge with common web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, SASS)
• Sound programming knowledge with the Javascript frameworks React, Redux and Next.js
• Experience with TypeScript is an advantage
• Experience with compatibility problems of the different web browsers
• Experience with automated front-end test procedures such as Selenium
• Affinity for usability and user experience
• Safe handling of common graphics tools is an advantage (Photoshop and Sketch)
• Knowledge of A / B testing is an advantage
• German and English are mandatory
