Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Programmatic Results Data Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The Programmatic Results Data Analyst will provide technical assistance to the Client including :-

• Produce timely and high-quality data, information and reports on the Clients programmatic targets and results from performance frameworks as well as information collected by technical partners and countries;
• Design tools and dashboards for efficient processing and sharing of the strategic data and information including interactive dashboards, standard and custom-made analysis and reports using up-to-date and reliable strategic information to support country teams and corporate reporting. This would include automating data processing and production of standard analysis from data source to final reports and presentations using state-of-art tools such as R (R markdown and Shiny), STATA, VBA, SQL, LaTeX and Tableau;

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Bachelor or master degree in mathematics, data and computer science, public health or economics.
• Track record of practical data use
• Expert proficiency in R, SAS, Python, SQL, and Excel
• Proficient at Stata and Java/JavaScript
• Natural language processing: text mining, sentiment analysis and automated International Statistical Classification of Diseases (ICD) coding
• Predictive modelling and machine learning, including regression trees/random forests, gradient boosting, vector support machines, and neural networks
• Advanced statistical modelling including spatial analysis and mixed methods
• Excellent working knowledge in English. Knowledge of French, Spanish and Russian will be an asset.
