Are you a Program Officer with 3yrs+ professional experience including experience in transformations, organizational effectiveness, strategy and/or performance improvement gained in international development or public health ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Program Officer to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The program officer acts as the department's program manager, ensuring various strategic priorities and projects translate into actionable progress, and supporting the department in continuously improving its performance. The Program Officer works closely with the department's management team as well as relevant teams across the organisation and partners to advance coordination and follow up on department-led areas of work and initiatives.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in public health, business/public administration, social sciences or a related field or equivalent professional training or study/work experience
• At least 3 years' experience, including experience in transformations, organizational effectiveness, strategy and/or performance improvement and international development or public health.
• Work experience in a developing country environment
• Work experience in an NGO environment
• Excellent knowledge of English,and ideally French
