Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to o join the Payments control team group with the aim to reduce payments risk and provide a framework for payments management and processing.
Main responsibilities
- Build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software and simplify the development process of software.
- Performance assessment, monitoring and recommending performance enhancements
- Infrastructure management
- Continuous testing at different stages of the development cycle
- Helping to implement a DevOps culture
Your skills:
- 8+ years of experience in similar field
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, ability to work in an international and distributed located environment
- Specialist in tools to automate the CI/CD infrastructure (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Grafana/Prometheus, HashiCorp Packer)
- Experience with Git, Artifactory or Nexus, TeamCity or Jenkins, Docker, package managers
- Expert in automating pipelines and experiences in dependency and release management.
- Proven track of record using programming languages Java and/or Python
