Experis is currently supporting our global client within the pharmaceutical industry for their search for a Data Entry Specialist to support their operations at their office in the region of Zug. The role has a myriad of responsibilities including:
- Responsible for the availability and accuracy of product master data in support of our client's Supply Chain operations in order to ensure sufficient patient supply and ensure business continuity
- Creation of material master data in our client's ERP Systems - Oracle e-Business suite, Oracle Product Data Hub and Oracle Agile PLM
- Coordinating data enrichment workflows
- Review of changes to ensure data quality and support of users in Master Data changes ensuring data quality
- Work in business projects, including launches of innovative new products, onboarding of new supply chain partners and advises the business on topics related to Master Data
- Training business users on standards and systems use to assist with authoring data standards, procedures and work training materials.
Your specific background:
- 2-3 years of experience managing business critical data in enterprise systems (our client is using Oracle e-Business suite, Oracle Product Data Hub and Oracle Agile PLM. Applicants with SAP experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong data entry and data management skills
- Knowledge and experience of Oracle ERP
- You hold either a Swiss or an EU passport
- Fluent English; any additional language skills is welcome
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel
