Trust Officer (Contract until December 2023)

Overview of the position:
For our client, a large bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Trust Officer to join a fun and vibrant team.
This is a contract until December 2023, starting ASAP.
Main responsibilities:
- On boarding of new structures
- Enrich and maintain the database up to date
- Draft documentation such as letters and resolutions
- Set up/close structures
- Open bank accounts
- Transfer life insurance policies
- Prepare annual reviews
- Liaise with Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
- Participate to projects when required
- Various additional administrative tasks such as filing and scanning
Your expertise:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, STEP qualified is a plus
- Fluent in English. German and/or Spanish would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and organized person
- Proactive and service oriented
- Accustomed to working with other cultural/language environments
- Willing to learn and team player
