On behalf of our client, ain internaltional bank in GENEVA we are looking for a the Travel / Administrative Assistant.
Starting date: ASAP
Location: Geneva (some remote work)
Contract duration: 9 months (with hight chances to get an extention)
The Travel/Administrative Assistant provides support to our business travelers by making travel arrangements, processing expenses, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
- Arranges regular global travel: Booking flights / hotels / car rentals / Assisting with hotel visa in accordance with bank policies and guidelines
- Processing expense claims and process invoices through Procure to Pay system in a timely manner
- Responsible for general administration duties and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Previous travel & office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
- Professional outlook with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, self-motivated, adaptable and detail oriented
- Good organization, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience working with Concur would be a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
