Key Responsibilities:
- You advise customers and develop their cloud and on-premise platforms in the areas of Microsoft Server, Client, Azure, Basic Services and Endpoint Security.
- You support and advise the sales organization in the preparation of offers
- You develop and present the technical solution concepts in the area of Cloud & Platform Technologies
- You implement smaller and larger projects independently or support the teams of the other departments in larger projects
- You support the organization with your in-depth know-how
- You are jointly responsible for a smooth and functioning service for our customers
- Collaboration in the development of solutions & optimizations for the continuous development
- On-call duty
Your Skills:
- You have a vocational training in the field of computer science
- Many years of experience in Cloud & Platform Technologies
- You already have good experience and have a manufacturer certification in the following areas: Client/Server, Microsoft Basic Services, Desktop Virtualization, Azure, M365, etc. and / or you would like to develop further in these areas
- You are a service-oriented team player with initiative and enjoy dealing with customers
- German is your native language and you have good English skills
- Pass Kat. B
