On behalf of our client, a well-known financial brand, we are looking for a Senior #Scrum Master with German & English.
Key skills: Project delivery and Agile methodology. Ability to visualise. Stakeholder Management
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP - negotiation is possible
Duration of contract: 12 months - possibility for extension
Workload: 100%
Main responsibilities
- Develops the agile team's way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline
- Cares deeply about the team supporting their growth and evolution into a high performing unit
- Coach and support their Agile team members to grow and succeed
- Direct collaboration with senior Stakeholders
- Responsible for Agile framework
Your skills:
- Several years working as Scrum Master
- Project deliverymethodology
- #Agile methodology & #framework
- Training& workshop management
- Previous experience in the #banking environment is a plus
- Very good coordination and organizational skills
- Cross-cultural mindset
- Excellent English & conversational German
