SAP S4/HANNA Software Engineer - Migration Specialist

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced SAP Software Engineer - S4/HANNA to join one of their clients, a well renowned global consultancy. For this contract engagement based in Zürich, we are seeking an English speaker who is immediately available.

Key responsibilities:

• Migrating SAP setup from SAP Banking Services 9.0 on AIX server with IBM DB2 to SAP Fioneer's S/4 HANA on Microsoft Azure.
• Key role in IT migration from Banking Services 9.0 to S/4 HANA Transactional Banking.
• Designing SAP S4/HANA installation and data migration solutions.
• Installing, coordinating, and managing data load for SAP S/4 HANA.
• Supporting data planning, strategy, and execution.
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring data migration programs.
• Proposing and implementing system enhancements.
• Monitoring usage, performance, and troubleshooting software issues.
• Analyzing feasibility of new environment requirements.
• Addressing incidents and system failures.
• Supporting system copies, updates, and patches.

• Possesses a wealth of expertise in effectively managing SAP systems, with a strong focus on overseeing intricate S/4 HANA installations.
• Demonstrates a distinguished record of accomplishment in executing migration endeavors, orchestrating transitions from x to the intricate S/4 HANA realm, with a notable preference for transitioning from Banking Services to the sophisticated S/4 HANA Transactional Banking environment.
• Commands an exceptional level of proficiency and insight into the intricacies of S/4 HANA.
• Holds an extensive background in navigating the complexities of Microsoft's Azure Cloud platform.
• Masters the intricacies of Installation and Data Migration processes, showcasing a history of success in orchestrating and managing substantial data transfer initiatives.
• Stands as the driving force behind the seamless execution of two or more full life cycle SAP S4/HANA data migration projects.
• Offers a profound wealth of experience across diverse facets of SAP operations, encompassing blueprint design, implementation, intricate customization, configuration, and the delivery of unwavering post-implementation support.
