Sales Specialist

Experis is currently supporting our client, a premier global technology brand, with their search for a Sales Specialist. I am looking for you: a young specialist with 1-3 years of experience in #Sales, with strong communication skills and excellent English & German. This contract position is slated to last 18 months and is based in Zurich. If you bring along the required background and can start ASAP, then please read on and apply!

Location: Zurich (home office -> between 1-4 days a week)
Duration: 18 months (extention is possible)

Function Scope

  1. Engage with the Enterprise teams and Surface v-team in order to drive sales in the defined territory.
  2. Build a target list of accounts with potential for a Refresh Your Devices sales motion. Accountability for these managed accounts' activities and sales targets.
  3. Create an engagement plan for targeted accounts for Surface Devices and Surface Hub.
  4. Candidate should use spesial tools to drive Surface co-sell on renewal conversations and identify co-sell opportunities. This will include coaching the internal account teams on co-sell strategies.
  5. Candidate should drive business development through email, phone, and in person meetings, having excellent communication skills, ability to promote offers create the desire for Surface devices.
  6. Ability to work quickly and exceed goals.

    Primary Responsibilities

    - Target and build a healthy pipeline with customer list for Surface positioning
    - Identify a target list of accounts for positioning Surface. Prioritize potential target customer add accounts.
    - Build to outreach plan (email/phone/direct relationship)
    - Land business results with customers, focusing on potential target customer adds.
    - Develop business plan with internal account teams at partner
    - Build the Surface approach and pipeline together with the partner internal account teams in order to scale and align on the customer messaging.
    - Co-sell with the modern work approach, especially on Surface Hub opportunities.
    - Act as business advisor and evangelize internal teams on the Surface value prop.
