Robotic Process Automation - Developer

Robotic Process Automation - Developer roles and responsibilities include

-Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage
-Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
-Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at
optimum efficiency without the risk of error
-Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future
development

PA Developers are required to demonstrate various soft and hard skills.

-Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
-Experience with web development technologies preferential
-Experience with RPA Software (Auto Hotkey, Blue Prism, UI Path, Power Automate) advantageous
-Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
-Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English)
-Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders
-Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven experience
-Minimum two years of experience in a software development role
