Key Duties of Project Coordinator:

- Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.

- Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.

- Working with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.

- Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.

- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.

- Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.

- Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.

- Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders.

- Develops and review project status and reports.

- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

- Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.

- Customer service skills an asset.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Experienced: Coordinate, develop or advise a team of junior professionals and/or individual contributors supporting the production & supply function in a defined asset/building/unit. Ensure day to day operations are carried out and effective delivery against annual objectives and budgets. Supports and drives production & supply initiatives and data collection and analysis for specific KPIs. Maintain and support systems (e.g., SAP, NOE, Team spaces). Analyze and agree production plans which include some input into short to medium-term planning of human and material resources. Lead major projects across the area. Entry: May coordinate, develop or advise a small team of junior professionals and/or some individual contributors supporting the production & supply function in a defined asset/building/unit. Ensure day to day operations are carried out and effective delivery against annual objectives and budgets. Supports produciton & supply initiatives and data collection and analysis for specific KPIs. Maintain and support systems (e.g., SAP, NOE, Team spaces). Analyze and agree production plans which may include some input into short to medium-term planning of human and material resources. Requires knowledge and understanding within relevant area which would typically be gained through minimum 2 years of relevant experience May manage small expense budget (up to 0.5mio USD).

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of general Project Management methodology.

- Demonstrated experience using Project Management software tools.

- Experience with MS Project.

- Experience in the healthcare industry is desired.

- Organize and communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.

- Manage small to routine projects.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain schedule within Project Server.

- Analytical and problem solving skills.

- Proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.

- Collaborative working style and ability to develop/sustain productive work relationships with key stakeholders across all areas and levels of the organization as well as external consultants.
