On behalf of our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Zurich. we are looking for a Procurement Implementation

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Duration: 3 Months

Starting date : Asap

Working style: Hybrid Model

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will support the Europe business unit to enable preferred suppliers
  • The resources will need to help: - Research and review contracts for our 'to be' preferred suppliers
  • You will check select details such as if payment terms have been specified
  • You will manage data entry/quality in the preferred suppliers tracker
  • You will run procurement reports to supporting data analysis, key performance indicators and the daily requirements of the procurement function
  • You will Coordinate the supplier portal including the supplier training, introduction and discontinuation and making sure all supplier data is maintained


  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations or something related with a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
  • Ideally experienced in Global Finance or Global Real Estate, Facilities And Procurement, or Indirect Procurement
  • Fluent in English (German or French are plus)
