Process Engineer

On behalf of our Pharmaceutical company in Neuchael we are looking for a Process Engineer who focuses on supporting the manufacturing science Department as a subject matter expert (SME). The engineer will facilitate drug product technology transfer, ensuring seamless integration at the receiving unit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as SME for drug product manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
* Provide technical support and expertise to the receiving unit teams during the transfer.
* Assess and mitigate risks linked to process changes.
* Collaborate on validation activities, including process and equipment qualification.
* Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges during transfer processes.
* Develop documentation, including protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.


* Minimum 3-5 years of experience FF area for recombinant protein.
* Engineering or university degree in biotechnology
* Language skills: Fluent in English and French
* Experience with drug product manufacturing and tech transfer processes.
* Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Interpersonal skills that enables you to work with people at all levels
