Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a PMO Specialist to join one of their clients, a worldwide humanitarian aid organisation, based in Geneva.
Role responsibilities:
- To oversee the IT project management practise.
- The project management office specialist is responsible for the overall project management controlling and for the maintenance of project management systems for the IT Department.
- The role supports all IT projects of the Clients and offers tools, project assistance, standards and guidelines, to the project managers.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work
experience - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, HERMES, …) and Business Analysis
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Project Management, with 2 years specifically relating to PMO
- Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft technologies, MS Project
- Significant experience with processes related to IT support, operations, and
software development. - Excellent working knowledge in English. Knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic will be an asset.
