PMO - Broadband Expansion

Duration: 6 months, chance of extension
Location: Schwerin, Germany
Workload percentage: 100% - 4 days on site
Key Responsibilities:
- Team organization (dates, tasks, creation of presentation, gathering and processing of figures, data, facts)
- SharePoint/ Teams/ Project Drive: Administration in collaboration with IT
- Organization and logging of meetings, tracking and processing of tasks
- Maintenance and follow-up of status messages (collecting information and accompanying/optimizing/pushing process flow)
- Editing own small projects such as review of projects for status and defined KPI's
- Process and channel requests of all kinds
- Create reporting in Excel and PowerPoint
- Moderation of meetings
- If necessary, evaluation of databases and Excel (knowledge S-referencing, pivot, etc.)
Your Skills:
- Completed training in the technical / commercial field or similar desirable
- Knowledge of broadband deployment in infrastructure projects (network structures desirable)
- Independent work and assertiveness
- High insight, willingness to get used to new topics quickly
- Good sensitivity in dealing with people
- Good experience in moderating meetings
- Comprehensive knowledge in Excel, knowledge in PowerPoint
- High IT affinity, no fear of touch with new applications
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Project management knowledge
- German C1 is a must
