Contract Overview

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services company in Bern, we are looking for an Onsite Scanning / AP Resource. This is an 8-month contract based in Bern.

Main responsibilities

• You will be the first and single point of contact for all scanning related queries acting as a conduit between Regional Manager and Offshore AP Team, Managing communications between key clients, internal teams, and AP vendors
• Manage day to day delivery (Invoice receiving, sorting, validating, scanning, archiving documents, reconciliation, and reporting
• Manage relationship with regional stakeholders, including at a site level, proactively seeking feedback, monitoring service satisfaction, and sharing performance reporting
• Closely work with AP Regional leads (Offshore Team) and other support teams to ensure smooth transactions as well as help resolve issues
• A thorough understanding of end-to-end Scanning process and stakeholder management are prerequisites
• You will be responsible for sorting, validating and registering the documents as per defined procedures

Your skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Applications
• Good knowledge of German & English
