Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a LFA Coordination Consultant to join one of their clients, a non profit organisation, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in setting operational policy and procedures, global LFA budget management, coordination of various activities and processes as well as decision-making.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• In-depth knowledge of LFA policies and procedures, including LFA experts' approval, LFA conflict of interest, LFA performance management.
• Information Management: Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative data; summarize data obtained from multiple sources. Proven ability to produce concise, analytical and comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• IT skills: Proficiency in data management and MS Word, Excel and Power Point, solid understanding of the Salesforce-based LFA Portal. Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating through new systems/tools.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
