Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Mainframe Developer to join the team in Zürich. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in mainframe development, including hands-on work with associated technologies. You will be responsible for leading development efforts, working directly with clients, and being involved in mainframe automation, upgradation, maintenance, and new development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Development:
- Oversee hands-on development in mainframe technologies.
- Ensure high-quality and efficient code delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of mainframe developers.
- Client Interaction:
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project status, updates, and future plans.
Project Involvement:
- Participate in mainframe automation projects.
- Lead mainframe upgradation and maintenance efforts.
- Develop new mainframe applications and systems as per client requirements.
