Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Lab Support Analyst.
Location: Basel
Start date: 01.12.2023
End date: 01.12.2024 - with possibility of extension
Main responsibilities
* Provide 2/3 level support for Analytical Instrument Application/Software.
* Resolve incidents, including troubleshooting, physical checks of instruments, addressing network issues, configuring licenses, and resolving data flow and data storage issues.
* Handle User Administration tasks, including user creation, access management, and regular validation of user accounts.
* Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance activities, supporting client instrument owners, ensuring maintenance plans are in place and followed, and providing assistance with firmware updates.
* Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems, applying proven techniques for thorough analysis and evaluation.
* Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain QC and manufacturing lab quality systems, ensuring compliance with FDA standards and adherence to industry best practices, particularly surrounding CFR 21 Part 11 and Annex 11 regulations.
Your skills:
* Very familiar with ticketing systems
* Strong pharma/ laboratory background
* Knowledge of industry best practices related to lab quality systems and regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to conduct periodic reviews and maintenance activities for lab quality systems.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying and resolving issues promptly.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
