IT Systems Engineer - Voice Implementation

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Voice Implementation Engineer.
Main responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan and deploy voice infrastructure solutions by applying given global engineering standards and adapting them into the local setup
- Ensure that change management and defined security procedures for all assigned systems are executed in accordance with best practices and established policies and procedures to ensure a secure voice infrastructure environment
- Drive, standardise and unify the voice environment towards a truly and full digitised environment
- Serve as an escalation point on complex troubleshooting issues for the operations team
- Willingness to provide occasional on-call service
Your skills:
- 2 - 3 years knowledge and experience in running and supporting various voice core systems (Avaya IPT, Cisco IPT, CUCM, SBC, SIP)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in configuring the above
- Experience with route plans, route lists, device profiles, calling search spaces and route partitions
- Knowledge of various contact center products (Avaya, Genesys, SamWin)
- Previous experience working in complex voice infrastructure projects
- Develop a "Can-Do" attitude and accurately document the deployment processes and project notes
- DNS/DHCP knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of surrounding products like voice recording and trader voice is a plus
- Exposure to Microsoft Collaboration Suite (specifically Skype) is a plus
