ICT System Engineer for OT

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of challenging ICT / OT projects in an industrial environment
• In a rapidly growing company, you will take on the management and responsibility of exciting sub-projects in order to bring the ICT / OT infrastructure to a highly professional level and keep it there
• In close cooperation with internal and external departments, you will take care of error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support)
• To ensure the high standard, you will operate the environment in change management and be responsible for the operating manuals and documentation
• Ensuring high qualification/validation requirements for the basic infrastructure, carrying out and documenting system tests

Hardskills

• University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge in the conception, development and operation / troubleshooting of company-wide ICT / OT server infrastructures (focus on: Microsoft server technologies, VMware, Citrix incl. ADC, MS SQL, Powershell / Scripting)
• Familiar with the practical implementation of business requirements for the OT infrastructure and already have project experience in the SME and/or pharmaceutical environment
• Several years of professional experience in the area of ICT / OT server infrastructure / system engineering and basic training with appropriate additional training / certifications (Citrix Expert, Microsoft Admin, VCP or similar)
• Familiar with business analyses, requirements engineering and computer system validation from practical experience
• Good understanding of processes in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical sector
• ITIL certification and proven knowledge of CSV are a prerequisite
• Further training in project management is an advantage
