Key Responsibilities:
- Phone support, Service desk & Onsite support
- Supplier supports workplace clients at all Customer locations
- Manage Desktop, Notebook PCs and directly connected standard peripherals defined in the Corporate Basket of Goods e. g. docking station, mouse, keyboard, cabling etc.
- Managing different device types staffed with hardware from a major HW vendor (different for each location
Your Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as IT Supporter
- Willingness to learn and proactive attitude
- English is a must for all locations, German is a must for the Swiss German locations, French is a must for Swiss French locations, Italian is a must for Swiss Italian locations.
