Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Front Transformation Specialist. The Global Client Team is responsible for the client related elements of our client's strategic agenda on a global scale: Client segments, Global Sales Management, Client Communities and Front Transformation.
Location: Zurich
Start date: 01.02.2023
Duration: 12 months - with possibility of extension
Main responsibilities
* Take ownership of Front Transformation deliverables and/or activities, e.g:
- Solution / process design
- Drive implementation
- Drive change management
* Support the team with:
- Creation of content for enhancement of existing and development of new Front Transformation elements related to Market & Client Coverage Model and Front Operating Model
- Close alignment with specialists and stakeholders across the organisation and build relationships across the various functions and geographies within the organisation
- Support the decision-making process for the Executive Board and Group Risk Committee
Your skills:
* University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
* 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with front office, legal and/or change management responsibilities
* A structured workstyle, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
* Excellent communication skills in English, German would be a plus
