Experis is currently supporting our client, a global technology company with progressive values and an unbelievably strong brand, with their search for a Deskside Support Technician. Here are the details:
- Location: Zurich, office based
- Estimated start date: ASAP
- Estimated end date: 30th of June 2026
- Extension possibility: Yes
- Weekly hours: 41 hours, 8.30am till 5.30pm but flexibility is need it
Responsibilities:
on-site AV Event Support (80% - main responsibility)
· IT and AV support during business events/meetings (in-person attendance) with up to 130 attendees
· Technical support for speakers
· Teams Call facilitation (mic, speakers, camera, slides, recording, chat, etc.)
Hardware and Software procurement
· PC/Laptops orders, new hire kits, peripherals, HW recommendations, PO ETAs, GSR receipts, supplier quotes, etc.
Asset Management
· Track and record new assets (laptops, pcs, AV devices, etc.)
· Asset updates, custodian changes, CC transfers, retirement, etc.
· Recycling (decommissioning)
VIP IT Support
· General IT support to Exec Business Administrators and Executives (M365 Outlook, Teams, etc.)
· Printing support/services
Invoice Management
· Global invoice support, Invoice compliance/updates, POE, suppliers ID support (P2P & AP tickets)
· Smart Hands' (Network Support/ Server Rooms)
· Assist and support Network engineer/electrician in server rooms tasks. Add change network cables, implement patches, support rack updates, and performs tests
