Are you a Business Process Consultant with solid experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for large multilateral technical institutions ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Business Process Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include review of existing documents, best practices documents from staff and the Independant Evaluation Panel, proposing draft schema and process maps, consultation with key staff to refine schema and process maps; and production of final deliverables.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in Management, Economics or any other related field
• Post-graduate degree in business model development, strategy, planning
• Demonstrable rich professional experience in strategy analysis and strategic planning and synthesis
• Significant in-depth knowledge of business model requirements and improvements and familiarity with best international practice
• Solid experience in developing SOPs for large multilateral technical institutions;
• Written and spoken fluency in English and a good working knowledge of French and/or one of the following: Arabic, Russian, and Spanish
