Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, an IT Consultancy company, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Trading and Treasury.
Location: Geneva
Start date: ASAP
End date: to be defined
Main responsibilities
- Define functional specifications and evaluation criteria for the Trading and Treasury departments, collaborating closely with subject matter experts.
- Define trading flows, including Securities trading, Core Banking and OMS integration, funds trading, Spanish Traspasos, and Private Equity trading.
- Contribute to defining Treasury activities and own book flows.
- Ability to comprehensively describe needs, including their scope and limitations.
- Break down complex solutions into independent blocks for seamless implementation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring clear definition and validation of requirements.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive mapping of information system functions in collaboration with architects.
- Document the necessary tests for functionality validation and generate associated documentation.
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in defining and documenting complex business requirements.
- Experience with system mapping and architectural collaboration.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation.
