Are you a Business Analyst with minimum five years of professional experience, delivering business intelligence solutions for decision-making, including experience in data analysis, visualization and presentation, dashboard design and delivery ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Business Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

You will lead on monitoring business processes, improving performance and optimization. You will use problem-solving and technical skills to deliver data and reporting solutions.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University education in Finance, Statistics, IT, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or any equivalent with a strong quantitative component or equivalent professional training.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data analysis and visualization
• Professional proficiency in Python, R or any other scripting language.
• Professional work experience delivering business intelligence solutions for decision-making, including experience in data analysis, visualization and presentation, dashboard design and delivery.
• Experience in performing data quality checks or data cleaning.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
