Automation Anywhere Engineer (3-Month Contract)

Overview of the position:

For our client, a large multinational bank, we are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Anywhere Engineer to join a fun and vibrant team.

The location is Zürich, Switzerland. This is a contract for 3-months starting ASAP.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of automated processes - help steer production and increase efficiency
• Oversee automated operations processes and initiate correct support process in case of incidents
• Identify, propose, and develop solutions for incidents
• Communicate with various stakeholder levels across functional areas (Operations and IT)
• Bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the support team

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or computer engineering
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Programming knowledge and hands-on experience in automation while working with Automation Anywhere is a MUST
• Good knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, Alteryx
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• Curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment
• Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
• Proficient in English with minimum B1 level German
